LOCKABLE PHONE POUCHES FOR ORGANISATIONS
Phone-free. Everywhere it matters.
Wherever a phone-free space has to actually hold, screenfree makes it simple. Each person keeps their own phone, locked in a personal pouch, until you decide it opens. No collection desk, no storage to run, no standoff at the door.

WHICH POUCH
Two pouches. One decision.
Both options lock the phone away and prevent direct access. The signal-blocking pouch adds device disconnection while correctly sealed.

STANDARD POUCH
Secure the access.
A magnetic lock prevents direct access to the phone, including filming, photography, scrolling and ordinary handheld use.
-
Presence and focus
-
Recording prevention
-
Phone remains with the individual

SIGNAL-BLOCKING POUCH
Secure the access and the connection.
The same locked routine, with a Faraday lining designed to block cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth while correctly sealed.
-
Confidential discussions
-
Live communication restrictions
-
Bluetooth and connectivity workarounds
WHERE IT IS USED
The same problem. Different rooms.
Phones undermine any room that depends on people being present, focused or discreet. The operating model stays simple across settings.
01
Events and venues
Shows, screenings, launches, comedy, performances and private functions.
02
Meetings and workplaces
Briefings, assessments, training, secure facilities and confidential discussions.
03
Clinics and testing
Treatment, recovery, testing and other controlled environments where access needs managing cleanly.
04
Your setting
If it is not listed, that is not a no. Tell us the room and we will tell you how the system can run.
Person-carried is the usual model: the pouch stays with the individual and is unlocked on departure. Approved-access Velcro pouches are available where faster authorised access is required.
HOW IT WORKS
One routine. No apps. No daily collection.

04
You control the unlock.
Use portable magnets, wall-mounted stations or both.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
All the boundary. None of the furniture.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
The practical questions.
Do people hand over their phones?
No. In the usual model, each person keeps their own phone locked inside a personal pouch. Your organisation controls where and when it opens.
What is the difference between standard and signal-blocking?
Both lock the phone away and prevent direct access, including filming, photography and scrolling. The signal-blocking pouch adds a Faraday lining designed to block cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth while correctly sealed.
How is this different from phone lockers?
No fixed installation, keys or central hand-back process. Pouches are portable and each person retains their own device.
Can we add our logo?
Yes. Custom logo branding is available. Branding method, colours, minimum quantities and lead time are confirmed at quote stage.
