Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply to all quotes, orders and supply of products by Matthew Worrall, trading as screenfree (ABN 84 659 883 162). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain English because clear terms make for easy working relationships.
1. Quotes and orders
All orders are supplied against a written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Australian dollars.
An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email is fine) or pay the invoice, whichever comes first.
screenfree products are a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, annual program fees or ongoing licence costs. You own the pouches outright.
2. Pricing and GST
GST not applicable. screenfree is not currently registered for GST. Invoices are issued as standard invoices, not tax invoices, and no GST is charged or itemised.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or card, using the details on your invoice. Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Goods remain the property of screenfree until paid for in full. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
4. Delivery
We dispatch from Victoria, Australia. Shipping is included on Australian school and organisation orders over $1,000. Shipping on smaller orders is quoted at the time of ordering.
Dispatch and delivery timeframes are confirmed at quote stage and depend on order size and whether custom branding is included. Custom-branded orders take longer than standard orders because they are printed to your artwork before dispatch.
We will keep you informed if anything changes with your delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.
5. Custom-branded orders
For orders with custom logo printing, we will send you an artwork proof for approval before production. Please check it carefully. Once you approve the proof and production begins, custom-branded items cannot be changed, cancelled or returned for change of mind, because they are made specifically for your school or organisation.
6. Warranty
All screenfree products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. If a pouch, magnet or accessory fails in normal use due to a manufacturing fault within that period, we will replace it at no cost.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, deliberate damage, tampering, loss, or ordinary wear and tear. Replacement units for lost or damaged pouches outside warranty are available at current per-unit pricing.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them.
7. Returns and refunds
Faulty products. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the fault, that is a replacement, repair or refund. Contact us and we will sort it out quickly.
Change of mind. Unused, unopened standard (non-branded) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return freight is at your cost, and products must arrive back in resaleable condition. Custom-branded products cannot be returned for change of mind (see section 5).
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Product use
screenfree signal-blocking pouches are passive Faraday products, designed to block cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signals while the pouch is correctly sealed. They are not signal jammers and contain no active electronics. Signal-blocking performance depends on the pouch being fully sealed and in good condition.
Products should be used as directed. screenfree is not responsible for outcomes arising from products used contrary to supplied guidance, including pouches left unsealed.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, screenfree's liability for any claim arising from the supply of products is limited to the replacement of the products or a refund of the price paid. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
