Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

screenfree is operated by Matthew Worrall, trading as screenfree (ABN 84 659 883 162), based in Victoria, Australia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We have kept it in plain English because you should not need a law degree to understand what happens to your details.

What we collect

When you request a sample pack, ask for a quote, or send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, school or organisation name, and delivery address.

When you place an order, we also collect the billing and delivery details needed to fulfil it.

Like most websites, we also use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) that collect general information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, time on site, and device or browser information. We generally receive this information in aggregated form and use it to understand how the website is being used.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry, quote request or sample pack request

  • Process and deliver your order

  • Provide support during and after a rollout

  • Follow up on enquiries and keep in touch about products relevant to your school or organisation

  • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not send bulk marketing to purchased lists.

How we store it

Your information is stored with reputable third-party service providers, including our website platform, customer relationship management system and email provider. Some of these providers store data on servers located outside Australia. We only use established providers with their own privacy and security safeguards.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies to function properly and to support analytics and advertising measurement. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you

  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date

  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

  • Stop contacting you, at any time, no questions asked

To do any of the above, email matt@screenfree.au. You will get a reply from a person, not a ticket system.

Questions or concerns

If you have a question or concern about how your information has been handled, contact us first and we will work to resolve it directly:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We review this policy from time to time and will publish any changes on this page.
